RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with customer for quality issues, handle quality complaint from customer.
？ Generate monthly quality report by using statics methods, and organize quality meeting regularly according to the findings.
？ Assist Quality manager to maintain the quality system and suggest improvements on the same.
？ Solve the quality problem during the sampling and the production ？ To handle Customer complain.
？ Create product inspection standard for production and quality department.
？ Other tasks assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
？ bachelor and major in mechanical engineering.
Experience:
Work experience in Japanese company is preferred.
Good problem solver with experience in different methods.
Knowledge/Skills:
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English and Japanese.
Intermediate MS Excel.
Quality system experience.
familiar with QC7 methods and LEAN production management Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Team player able to proactively suggest solutions.
