Job Titles: Trade Marketing Specialist
Report to: Regional Marketing Manager
Location: Beijing

Major Responsibilities:
- In line with central marketing to implement trade marketing plan to resource-based trade support calendar
- Plan & design, implement trade support calendar in accordance with regional sales target requirement
- Work on special actions in a well-planned manner to support sales team to achieve sales increase
- Work with dealers to ensure the brand trade marketing & visual merchandising guidelines are being followed and executed at the brand-deserved quality
- Coordinate with Marketing Communication & Product Marketing to deliver proper message through trade related activities, including product introduction in POS, promotion leaflet, store magazine ads & advertorial, trade promotion ads
- Work together with sales team to develop and implement regional CRM program, to maintain customer loyalty, as well as drive conversion rate of repeat purchasing

Qualification:
- 3+ years working experience in trade marketing or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Good command of English
- Strong business sense with high sensitivity to detail
