. 工作描述..
负责公司产品网站，客户端的页面及界面创意、设计与制作、维护与更新；
制作HTML、CSS、JavaScript代码， 配合前台程序开发并负责兼容性测试与调整；

. 要 求..
3年以上的网页设计或软件界面设计经验，能独立担当设计和前端页面重构工作，对交互设计有较深的理解和大量的实践，有成功作品的面试时请携带展示；
精通Photoshop, Illustrator等相关设计制作软件；
精通HTML 和CSS， 使用各种脚本调试器、dom查看器等定位问题，处理浏览器兼容性问题，浏览器兼容的css hack； 熟悉HTML5和CSS3
熟练掌握各主流JS框架，例如AngularJS，jQuery，YUI，EXTJS等至少1种以上；
熟悉JavaScript、Ajax、JSON 等 Web 开发技术，包括XHTML、XML、CSS，对表现、行为与数据分离、HTML 语义化等有深刻理解，良好的语义化和浏览器兼容的css hack；
深刻理解Web标准，对可用性、可访问性等相关知识有实际的了解和实践经验, 注重用户体验，喜欢不断重构优化你的代码,对可访问性有所了解，对用户体验方面的理论有较深的了解和认识；
善于沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感；
具有基本的英语读写能力；
具备移动端界面设计者优先。
