职位描述
工作职责：
1. 熟悉JAVA/PHP/Python/Ruby其中一种编程语言
2. 熟悉质量管理，配置相关工具, 如 CVS, SVN等
3. 可以根据项目要求安装和配置测试所需的软件环境
4. 较强的发现潜BUG能力
5. 认真、责任心强，完美主义，有较强的质量意识
6. 愿意尝试新方法， 新工具， 甚至自己编写一些测试工具来提高软件测试效率，保证数据正确性
7. 掌握操作SQL语言
8. 编写自动化测试方案，测试计划，将手动用例逐步实现自动化，自动化脚本执行，并出具测试报告
职位要求：
1. 计算机相关专业专科以上学历；
2. 具备良好的英语阅读、书写能力；
3. 3年以上Web测试经验，熟悉软件开发流程；在web应用和服务的自动化测试与性能测试方面有丰富的测试经验者优先；
4. 熟悉Linux操作命令，有Linux系统下Java 开发经验者优先；
5. 能熟练使用测试工具（自动化/半自动化）如：Watir、Selenium、LoadRunner，QTP等；
6. 熟悉SQL语言，能熟练操作MySQL；
7. 强烈的责任心，良好的抗压能力；
8. 主动积极的沟通意识和良好的沟通能力；
9. 积极的团队协作精神和能力；
