Candidates requirements
-Minimum 2+ years' working experience in relevant roles;
-Bachelor degree or above and CET 6 or above;
-Familiar with Microsoft Office;
-Familiar with China tax, banking and various government authorities' working procedure;
-Be able to speak and write good English;
-Be able to cope with business travelling;
-Have quick reflection, be flexible;
-Have positive learn intention

Job description
-Perform compliance services including company formation and subsequent routine services;
-Participate in assigned business meeting / take meeting minutes and follow up;
-Provide training to sub-ordinate(s);
-Supervise sub-ordinate(s) on information research and case understanding;
-Participate in assigned assignment / project and complete assigned tasks by team leaders;
-Consolidate and summarise database updates each month;
-Liaise with client in compliance services;
-Others assigned by leader(s)
