Description:
Within the PR of China
You are in charge of the sales and commercial activities for the entire product range.
In concertation with your Manager you will create, actively train and coach the local commercial team.

Within South-East Asia (China Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, Malaysia,China Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, ...)
You further develop the sales with existing customers and search for new customers.
You are responsible for customer relations and customer satisfaction.
You set up a sales plan per country.
You analyze the markets, detect new trends and opportunities and report clearly.
You report to the Commercial Manager of the Head Quarters in Belgium.

Qualifications:
At least college degree, preferably majoring in sales and/or marketing.
Good knowledge (spoken and written) of both Mandarin and English language. Any other Asian languages are considered a ‘plus’.
Evidently you have excellent sales and communication skills and your enthusiasm is contagious.
You have at least a couple of years of experience by preference in the pet sector and in the Asian region. Experience is a bonus; motivation and attitude are considered more decisive.
Being 'on the road' within the PR of China and frequently travelling in South-East Asia becomes your second nature. You will travel up to 50% of your time.

Requirements:
You like to stay in Shanghai for a minimum period of 4 years.
Pro-active, innovative and energetic personality.
Hands-on and result-oriented, responsible and hard-working.
