职位描述：

1. 跟踪试产和量产

2. 供应商审核以及质量跟踪

3. 降低不良率

4. 制定改进计划

5. 培训操作员

6. 参与新注塑项目的导入

7. 帮助供应商优化注塑工艺和模具

8. 协助解决注塑生产中的问题

9. 其他任务

Position Description:

1. Follow up trial production and mass production

2. Supplier audit and follow the quality control issue

3. Reduce NC rate

4. Submit improvement plan

5. Couch the operators about operation and maintenance skill

6. Participate in NPI project about molding injection

7. Support to optimize process/mold of molding injection for suppliers

8. Support to solve problems in molding injection production

9. Other jobs assigned by his/her Supervisor

工作要求:

1. 3年以上外资公司注塑经验,另有金属加工经验尤佳

2. 英语书面流利，口语流利尤佳

3. 了解塑料材料特性

4. 了解成型注塑机和配件

5. 熟悉各类模具设计软件 UG NX等

6. 愿意经常出差

Requirements:

1. 3+ years in molding injection in a multinational company, metal experience is plus

2. Good written English skills; verbal English skills is plus

3. Understand characteristics of plastic material

4. Understand characteristics of molding injection machine and accessorial equipment

5. Fluent in using UG NX to design the tooling

6. Be willing for business travel
