SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Implement and maintain the quality system and procedures.

2. Conduct the development of control plan, inspection procedures, capability studies and sampling plans on the components or finished products sourced in Asia.

3. Implement quality initiatives to attain and maintain the customer satisfaction and focus.

4. Identify and implement closed-loop corrective actions.

5. Bridge between suppliers and internal customers to resolve the quality issues.

6. Conducting supplier assessments on new potential suppliers or evaluating performance and determining conformance to established standards.

7. Provide technical assistance and training in quality techniques and services.

8. Reviewing internal customer's complaints to determine where emphasis should be placed to prevent recurrence.

9. Maintain required documentation and files.

10. Support to growth of new business and productivity projects.

11. Conduct pre-shipment audit to ensure that suppliers will comply with related regulations, inspection and test works.

12. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor's Degree in engineering or at least 3 years of working experience in related Bath, Lavatory and Sanitary industry.

2. Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control Management, ISO/QS9001, Quality Improvement Tools ex, 6 Sigma.

3. Self-motivated, result driven/goal oriented with customer focus.

4. Good computer skill, communication Skill.

5. Good English skills in oral & writing communication.

6. Frequent travel required.
