Responsibilities:

• Determination and evaluation of demands
• Issuing Purchase Orders with defined and confirmed suppliers
• Entering of order confirmation
• Follow-up with supplier and dunning (confirmations,delivery schedules,etc.)
• Cooperation with goods receiving/warehouse and booking of material
• Handling return process:Communication with WH,quality inspection and supplier;Reissuing of Purchase orders
• Confirmation of warehouse bookings
• Proper handling of documentation
• Handling of revised drawings with suppliers and administrating confirmations
• Monitoring of stock quantities and adjustment of future Purchase Orders(batch size,frequency,etc.)according to C50
• Monitoring of Delivery Performance and controlling of supplier according to D95
• Communication and planning of forecasts with suppliers
• Other tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager
