岗位要求：

1、 25-35岁之间，形象好气质佳；

2、 英文书写和口语交流熟练；

3、 具有3年以上服务型办公室销售同等职位租赁销售经理经验或5星级酒店销售经理的工作经验；

4、 市场营销、房地产、英语或其他相关专业，专科以上学历；

5、 具有优秀的团队合作精神及开拓能力；

6、 思路敏捷，办事条理清晰，责任心强，具有吃苦耐劳精神；

7、 具有写字楼租赁、商务中心租赁工作经验者优先考虑。

英文口语交流不流利者勿投！

岗位职责：

1、 收集和分析市场数据，并定期反馈最新信息；

2、 开发新客户，拓展与老客户的业务，建立和维护客户档案；

3、 协调公司与客户关系，提高客户满意度；

4、 负责商务中心的租赁工作及每月签单指标；

5、 收集周边相关竞争对手的相关信息，即使调整营销策略；

6、 拓展销售渠道，对潜在客户进行吸纳；

JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of in house, company generated sales leads, in house clients’ referral leads, and virtual office packages.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handles all aspects of in-house sales leads

2. Handles all aspects of company-generated sales leads

3. Handles all aspects of Virtual Office Package

4. Handles the company’s scheme to solicit and increase in-house clients’ referral leads

5. Assists the Management in pioneering initiatives to increase revenue leads and stream for meeting and conference.
6. Any other reasonable duties assigned by Management.
