职位描述
Main Function:
1. NVH benchmarking & target setting
2. Planning, budgeting, conducting, tracking & reporting for NVH project
3. NVH testing & analyzing , trouble shooting, tuning
4. Unique NVH requirement research for local market
5. Global synchronous development collaboration
6. Plant onsite supporting for NVH issues
Selection Criteria:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, engineering testing, signal process, or related major.
2. Fundamental understanding of automotive HVAC components, systems and vehicle NVH, deep knowledge of vibration and acoustic theory.
3. Fundamental understanding of air, refrigerate, coolant and electrical related noise in automotive HVAC systems, organize testing and analyzing and tuning.
3. More than 3 years NVH testing / integration experience gained within HVAC supplier or OEM.
4. Be familiar with automobile mechanics , theory of NVH and vehicle development process; Ability to use NVH test engineering software such as LMS Test.lab / Head Artimis, etc;
5. Excellent English - written & verbal communication skills;
6. Hardworking, self-motivated, organized, dedicated, fast learner
