DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责：

Define supplier capability criteria in partnership with Sourcing Team.
与面料采购部门协同工作，确定供应商等级；
Provide Technical support on planning & organizing & implementation of new contractor start-ups especially on Wrinkle free , Dura press and washing area.
在公司与新供应商建立业务关系前，在除皱整理和水洗等领域向采购部门提供技术支持；
Provide Source base intelligence on technical capabilities on new trends & Innovation to Design & Merchandising team.
向设计和业务部门提供面料新趋势和新产品的源基地情报；
Analyzes cost components and provide information to Sourcing team for effective negotiations.
向采购部门提供成本构成情况，以利有效谈判；
Define the processes required to meet the quality standards & ensure developments are executable in the production.
制定面料工艺标准，满足质量标准和保证生产的可行性；
Ensure Collaborative relationship with key Fabric & Chemical suppliers.
Constantly work on Seasonal & Continuous development.
维护与重要面料及染整供应商的合作关系。使业务持续发展。
Support on color evaluation , Fabrication , Color development , Wrinkle free & other issues to PEI production offices.
向派瑞艾力斯的各分公司提供颜色评估，生产，颜色开发，染整及其他方面的技术支持；
Provide Technical input and work in field on physical or performance failures.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Analytical ability to correlate between raw material, manufacturing & finishing techniques to identify the potential risks of the product.

Understand 、textile manufacturing , Textile chemistry , Physical & Performance Testing Procedure & protocols.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology / Textile Chemistry
