Main responsibilities:
1. Source and develop competitive suppliers, build a good relationship with each supplier.
2. Prepare written documents, request quotations, negotiate and compare the cost and terms of payment, carry out contract, and coordinate with the suppliers.
3. Survey, audit and qualify local suppliers.
4. Draft technical and quality documents, communicate and coordinate with technical dept.
5. Maintain summarization of purchase orders and file the purchasing records.
6. Submit monthly payment plan for suppliers and prepare related documents.
7. Conduct performance assessment on suppliers.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or degree in materials engineering, more than 5 years experience in sourcing, familiar with castings and weldments, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical items.
2. Strong knowledge in sourcing process, supplier evaluation and management.
3. Good English competency in both speaking and writing
4. Good communication, negotiation skill and cost saving consciousness
5. Target oriented, good logic skills, excellent market insight and sense.
6. Responsible, active and a team player
7. Able to work in a challenging environment, execute a plan and handle pressure.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
9. Knowledge of Autocad and Solidworks a plus.

1. 机械工程本科或金属材料工程本科以上学历，具有五年以上采购经验， 熟悉金属铸件，焊接件以及发动机，变速箱等等。
2. 熟悉采购流程，供应商评估及管理
3. 熟练的英语说写能力
4. 良好的沟通谈判能力及成本节约的良好意识
5. 强烈的目标性，逻辑思维能力强，具备优秀的市场洞察力和敏感度
6. 敬业负责，工作积极主动，具备团队合作精神
7. 敢于迎接挑战，执行能力强，能承受较大的工作压力
8. 能熟练应用Word, Excel, Outlook等办公软件
9. 具备一定的AutoCAD和 Solidworks能力
