岗位要求

1. 机电一体化、微电子、化学、化工等理工科类专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 在IC、电子、光伏、机械等相关企业有至少3年的设备工程师经验；
3. 熟悉化学品生产工艺，或有一定生产管理经验者尤佳；
4. 团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力；
5. 熟练应用各类办公软件；
6. 良好的英语读写能力；
7. 能适应外资企业文化，注重工作效率及工作安排的灵活性。

主要工作职责
1. 对生产设备进行实时的维护、维修、PLC的更新和升级等工作；
2. 增加设备uptime时间，合理分配设备利用率；
3. 设备备品备件库存、使用量、采购量等台账管控；
4. 设备耗材使用寿命的评估，parts second source的开发等cost down项目；
5. SPC定期review并递交异常report；
6. 生产异常的处理，设立异常汇报机制和通报机制；
7. 优化生产方式方法，降低 Cycle time，提高生产效率；
8. 其他与设备及生产相关的工作。
