1、 解答客户咨询，介绍服务项目，带领客户参观门诊及住院部，以提升公司形象；
2、日常满意度调查，包括面谈、问卷、短信、电话等方式，帮助公司取得反馈数据；
3、 反馈信息的整理、录入、数据分析等工作，为公司的产品设计提供支持；
4、 处理服务类投诉，维持公司与客户之间的良好关系；
5、客户关系维护，包括各种活动参与和礼物发放等；
6、作为公司日常运营的官方形象，与其它各科室的沟通协作。
Job description
1、Answer the customers’questions , introduce the service programme and show them visit both the out-patient and in-patient department to improve corporate image
2、Survey the customers’satisfaction, including the interview、questionnaire、SMS、telephone and so on,obtain the data for corporate
3、Collect and type in the customers’ responses; analyze the data to support product design
4、Deal with the complaints,keep the good relationship between corporate and customers
5、customer maintenance,including various events and giving out gifts
5、as the official image ,communicate and cooperate with other departments and partners.
任职资格
1、两年以上客户服务工作经验，具有一定的客服礼仪及沟通技巧，声音甜美，性格开朗随和，有亲和力；
2、专科以上学历，医学专业优先；
3、英语口语熟练，有海外工作背景优先，熟练掌握计算机相关知识和操作；
4、具有高度的责任心及较强的服务意识，抗压能力强。
Requirements
1、More than two years working experience in customer service, good command of etiquette and communication skills;Sweet voice 、open、kind and patient
2、Junior college and above, medical background is preferred
3、Fluent in English, overseas working background is preferred.Be skilled in computer skills and operation
4、High responsibility and strong service awareness. can work under pressure.

and gynecology specialists, affiliated with several preeminent medical institutions in New York. Huashun Worldwide Medical Center is a subsidiary of Shanghai Huashan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University.
ASGOP’s founding mission is to introduce American standard Ob/Gyn services to China, staffed by certified specialists from the U.S. and China and equipped by state-of-the-art technology and equipment. ASGOP offers a full range of women’s and children’s healthcare services, including 2nd opinion and referral services to the U.S. Our first class inpatient and outpatient facilities are modern, comfortable, and conveniently located in the city center. All staff is bilingual in English and Chinese, providing high-quality personalized service and care.
