Job Responsibilities:

Prepare screeners and booking form for recruitment
Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the supervisors are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the screening questionnaires
Monitor the recruitment progress to ensure minimum disruption of delays
Design and craft proposals/ discussion guides as per clients'brief
Provide moderation for basic qualitative methodologies, such as focus groups and in-depth interviews
Assist senior members on the logistical organization of focus groups
Assist senior members on analysis and draft report to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions
Job Requirements:

University degree, major in marketing, English, or psychology/ sociology preferred, at least 1-3 years’ relevant experience

Graguates are accepted.
Very good English and Chinese essential, both verbal and written
Reliable and able to work to deadlines
Able to work under pressure and may travel extensively within China
Enthusiastic and willing to work hard
Always detail oriented
Basic office software application skill required
Well presented and confident
