Increase product market presence and promote the branding of Bio-Rad to keep continuous growth
Ensure that Bio-Rad commitment to customer satisfaction is performed and constantly improved

Duties and Responsibilities

20%

Develop, formulate, and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve business objectives

15%

Prepare sales tools such as product introduction(application, strength and benefit),competitive analysis, tender specification, brochure website and advertisement etc.

Train and coach sales, application specialist and distributors regularly

10%

Ensure sales, application specialist and distributors are kept informed of relevant product material that may affect their roles

10% Implement and monitor market promotion activities such as promotional campaigns, exhibition, seminar, advertisement, and workshop

10%

New product launch and identify new opportunities to drive growth and market presence

10%

Support key account and key product sales

5%

Provide sales with application and solution advice to satisfy customer needs and expectations

5%

Collaborate with sales manager to identify of KOLs

Requirement

Bachelor degree or higher. Clinical Medicine or relative major preferred

Minimum of 6 years work experience, of which 3 years on marketing or technical support and application experience or sales experience in relative industry
