Main Tasks and Responsibilities：

• Assign working tasks to brazers and team members of PTS/ daily and/or weekly, make products according to planning and ensure deliver on time / 分配焊工及其他组员日,周生产任务；按计划进行生产达成按时交货
• Report abnormity about quality and/or quantity of delivered parts to responsible Quality Engineer and Production Logistic Planner, and implement the recondition actions in case being instructed / 对生产、质量及物料的异常及时反映给质量，生产物流进行处理，并做好记录
• Be responsible for managing of standard tools, process/control documentation and indirect materials in common use under support by IE and Logistic Planner / 在IE及生产物流的支持下, 负责管辖区内设备,工具.工装处于良好状态, 工艺/质量文件及间接物料的管理及执行
• Keep the working area in line with the requirements of 5S / 保证管辖产线达到5S要求
• Coordination with team members and production manager about the manpower arrangement, work locaton and line balance / 协同生产经理进行员工调动, 保持各工位/ 产线平衡
• Assist production manager to do performance appraisal for all team members / 协助经理对组员作绩效评估
• Learn and master all skills for reponsible workshop, maintain employee flexi matrix and coordinate with the manager for training plan / 学习并掌握所负责车间的所有技能，建立、维护员工能力矩阵图, 协助经理做培训计划
• Set up the regular team meeting and invite the related people attend the meeting / 组织小组会议, 邀请相关人员参与
• Operate machines and equipment per Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy / 按照健康，安全和环境政策来操作机器与设备
• Work with manufacturing team to reduce production costs / 同团队成员合作降低生产成本
• Be the product Quality Representative to ensure quality are match relative requirement./ 作为产品质量代表确保产品质量符合标准要求.
• Participate in HSE management, involve in the planning of HSE policy, procedure & objectives and risk assessment and control. 参与工厂HSE管理，参与HSE体系方针，程序的制定和评审及风险评估与控制等
• Participate in continual improvement on productivity, quality and working enviroment / 参与在效率、质量及工作环境等各方面的持续改进
• Involve in new project launch as a key member. 作为关键成员参与新项目实施。

Hard Skills required:

• Have people manage skills and relative experience, can communicate clearly. 具有人员管理的技巧及经验，能有效沟通。
• Interpret drawings and work instructions; with related segment knowledge / 理解相关图纸和作业指导书, 有相关基础知识
• Knowledge on operate/maintain tools / 应用,维护工具知识
• Ability to read drawings and specifications, then train team members / 读图、工艺文件, 对组员进行培训

Soft Skills required:

• Self starter with initiative / 积极主动
• Willing to learn additional skills / 愿意学习其他技能
• Ability of Air-conditioner, cooling system is prefer / 有空调、制冷知识更佳
• Leadership ability 领导能力

Additional Skills required：

• Welder certification / 焊工证
• With copper blazing experience is a plus/ 具铜管钎焊经验者优先
