General description of position:
Provide professional human resources support to current HR team, including supporting the various functions within recruitment, employment procedure, employees compensation and benefit, employees data and file.

Main responsibilities:
1. Recruitment;
2. Conduct Employment Procedure as of on-boarding and position change, etc.
3. Employees Compensation and Benefit
- Employment and unemployment registration in government;
- Social benefit handling(social insurance, housing fund);
- Expatriates transferees service;
4. Employees' data and file maintenance in HRM acurately and timely;
5. Labor contract renewal;
6. Pupil health check;
7. Monthly reports;
8. Other task assigned by manager;

Requirements;
1. College education or above;
2. Above 5 years related work experience;
3. Solid and hands-on experience of recruiting, social benefits handling, HRM system at least for 3 years;
4. With strong HR generalist background including excellent analytical, communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent oral and written English skills.
