职位描述
1.酒店管理及相关专业大专学历及以上；
2.星级酒店工作经验四年以上，同岗位工作经验至少一年，熟悉前厅部管理；
3.流利的英语听，说，读，写能力，普通话标准；
4.建立良好的宾客关系，沟通协调能力强，良好的应变能力，具有高效灵活处理客人投诉的能力，较强的承压能力；
5.熟练运用岗位报表及服务标准监督检查员工每日工作；
6.熟练运用Opera PMS及office 办公软件；
7.具有酒店开业经验者优先;
