JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

>Provide technical guidance and support to Customers during design-in stage.
>Solve application problems and handle the customers' claims and after-sales service.
>Work closely with the Sales in the region to provide technical assistance, engineering proposals, customer training, site service, technical advice, presentations and engineering design to introduce company products to meet customer needs.
>Develop new customers and expand market share through successful team work
>Liaise with colleagues worldwide.


REQUIREMENTS:

>Bachelor degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics.
>5-year plus working experience in the related product field, PCB assembly/Wire Harness field, on engineering or QM background.
>Previous experience as FAE from the Connector Industry is preferred.
>With experience in facing customer situations and ability to deliver effective technical presentations.
>Good interpersonal and communication skill, excellent coordination skill and team work spirit.
>Result oriented and work independently.
>Pleasant personality, strong responsibility and self-motivated.
>Good command of written & spoken English and MS office Skill (especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
>Willing to travel within short notice for assignments.
