Assistant of Facility Management （物业部助理） – 1 year contractor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate with stores for the ongoing maintenance works.
2. Provide advice and daily support on store maintenance issues by organizing Ops, equipment Suppliers.
3. Inspect stores on regular bases for the maintenance: weekly, monthly and quarterly.
4. Administration filing for the store maintenance and revamping.
5. Management and updating of store specific Store Management / Maintenance packages and records.
6. Ensure store equipment is maintained to standard and risks are under control.
7. Prepare Status reports and issue monthly maintenance reports.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College graduate, or above.
2. Major in Electrical or Mechanic Engineering.
3. At least three years relevant experience.
