Operation Assistant / 运营助理


上海英国学校是英国著名教育集团Nord Angalia在上海开设的专为在沪工作的外籍人士子女提供就学的全日制国际学校。Nord Angalia集团在欧洲及亚洲拥有多处国际学校。目前开设在中国上海的英国学校共拥有两个校区，学生人数近两千名，学生皆为外籍人士，年龄从3岁到18岁，涵盖幼儿园、小学、中学，学校严格遵循英国国家教育大纲课程设置。全校教师皆为外籍教师，具有良好的全英文工作环境。

要求：

1.熟练的沟通技巧，相关客服实习经验；

2 处理客户投诉，日常清洁工作检查，日常维修工作检查以及反馈；

3 协调活动安排以及沟通调配

4 数据报表整理和记录

5 熟悉办公软件以及熟练的英语沟通能力，写作能力

6 积极乐观，勤奋好学，有较强的工作责任心，有服务意识；领悟力强，接受能力快，反应敏捷；

7. 有1-2年相关工作经验者优先考虑

        上海英国学校是由英国著名教育集团Nord Anglia独立出资在上海开设的专为在沪外籍人士子女提供就学的全日制国际学校。 该集团旗下的英国国际学校遍步世界多个国家和地区。目前在中国上海的浦东、浦西各有一所校区，拥有学生两千余人。学生皆为外籍人士，年龄从3岁到18岁，涵盖幼儿园，小学，中学。全校教师除中文教师外，均为外籍教师，教材全部采用英国教育大纲标准材料，具有良好的全英文工作环境。

The Early Year and Primary School Programme follow the British National Curriculum giving a broad education but with a special emphasis on English, Mathematics and Science.
