Job Responsibility:

- Explore new relationship and manage existing relationship of Hong Kong, Taiwan background clients.
- Execute Department’s corporate banking strategy under guidance of Supervisors.
- Understanding the Bank’s strategy and situation, maximize return using the bank’s capital and resources in efficient manner and in cooperation with various departments and sections of the Bank.
- Continuously conduct credit monitoring to minimize credit cost.Monitor various developments in the market and contribute to develop new products / services for the bank.

- Achieving gross profit budget.
- Number of new clients added.
- Incremental average deposit balance.
- Number of new dialogues with prospect clients.
- Number of cross-selling, new transactions
- Number of cooperation with other sections.
- Minimize credit cost
- Client relationship developed from a long term perspective.
- Close collaboration with Hong Kong branch, Taipei branch.
- Continuous and effective risk management.
- Follow and comply with regulations and rules.




Job Requirement:

-University graduate; min. 5 years experience in banking/financial services industry; 3 years or more as relationship manager is preferred.
- Relationship management, credit monitoring, risk management, financial analysis, banking and finance products, negotiation and presentation, communication.
-Good understanding of Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Syndicated Loan
- Fluent Chinese, English, Good PC skills, Commitment, management skills, business acumen
