工作内容：

1．接到出货的指令，根据客户的要求准备相关的清关资料。
2．与供应商确认送货情况并协调送货，接受shipping schedule，订仓. 做托书，订完仓之后做箱单, 唛头.及安排运输。
3．熟悉物流园区或保税区操作流程并与仓库人员协调好仓库内相关的操作事宜。
4．对于客户在航班和特殊文件方面的要求，给予回答。
5. 负责查看客户的MPS送货计划，根据送货计划制作相关的文件。
6. 负责制作各类仓库报表。
7. 协助客户经理与客户建立良好的关系，并协助开拓更多合作机会。

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历，仓储物流管理相关专业毕业
2. 英语阅读及书写能力良好，CET-4以上
3. 良好的word， excel处理能力
4. 1年以上仓储物流行业相关工作经验，熟悉保税区或物流园区仓储操作
5. 工作认真仔细有耐心
6. 上班地点：浦东外高桥保税区（2012年10月开始）
