岗位职责：
- 协助业务发展和销售人员完成潜在客户合作的沟通、询价、报价工作及业务的跟进工作，配合业务发展和销售人员深层次地、广泛地挖掘客户潜在业务机会。
- 收集海运、空运进出口市场信息及需求， 及时根据市场价格变动与操作部门沟通来降低成本。
- 根据客户的要求和操作规范，与公司内部各部门沟通与协调，确保满足客户服务的要求。
- 及时向客户汇报业务进展，维护好与客户之间的关系，以增加合作的机会和业务量。
- 合作客户的日常业务的售后跟踪、反馈以及相关疑问的解答。
- 协助部门内项目的跟进及工作配合。

资历要求：
- 大专及以上学历，二年以上第三方物流客户服务操作经验, 熟悉国际货运操作流程，具备海运、空运相关业务知识。有海空运进口操作或客服/销售经验为佳。
- 以客户为导向，具有良好的问题解决能力。
- 英语六级及以上或同等水平，读、说、写流利。
- 工作积极主动，责任心强，适应快节奏工作环境。
- 具备较强的沟通技能及团队合作精神，处事灵活，思路清淅，应变能力强。
