Responsibilities
1.Coordinating order placement from customer, adjustment and confirmation;10%
2.Current / new price margin and product sales mix analysis and recording, new price list preparation and filing, price comparison;20%
3.Administration and coordination of daily operational (respond daily external and internal inquiry, AR checking and payment tracing, LA hold release and etc) Communication and coordination skills Issue settlement rate and efficiency 20%
4.Assist sales deputy manager in the preparation and achievement of the yearly sales budget. Provide comments and suggestions as appropriate to enable target achievement;15%
5.Organize and accompany customers to factory for visits, when necessary;5%
6.Understand, collate and analyze regional market products, competitors, missing segment and sizes and related industry information for feeding into our own sales model;15%
7.Assist sales deputy manager in various internal reports such as claim tyres analysis and report, quarterly joint promotion analysis and reimbursement report;10%
8.Complete other work as assigned by sales deputy manager.5%

2.Essential computer skill such as excel, word, powerpoint
3.Strong sales awareness, sensitiveness and constant sales job experience
4.Honest, enthusiastic, possess sound team working spirit, problem solving skills, good communication and persuasion skills. Acts professionally, able to conduct analysis independently. Ability to handle stress at work.
