Key Duties
-Buid up & maintain a strong training system under the region responsible for: ( In store training spcialist needs / in store training file / Monthly training topic / Training hours & results following);
-Work out overall product / service / leadership training plans based on existing Grobal & HBCR training modules, as proactive integration of business strategies, Identify training needs based on the business development under the region.
-Work together with internal & external supporing department & partners to develop, modify and customize appropriate training materials Plan, design and deliver in-house & on-spot training programs & the follow up tools to improve the products knowledge & service level in stores.
-Prepare & update all the training materials（PPT/Training tools/handout）& deliver the training according to the training plan.
-Maintain a clear full training file system & records (Pre-training requirement, training sign-up, training feedback, & training minutes ) Submit monthly & quarterly training summary & reports to keep track of the training effectiveness.
-Track and conduct regularly the staff products knowledge test & evaluate the training effectiveness & better training according the needs.
-Monthly In store products specialist training plan & follow up
-Monthly on-line training plan & user information update, on-line training result follow up & improvement
-Engage in effective communication with team members, in pursuit of continuous improvement of training expertise
-Best practices sharing among different regions and stores
-Plan, maintain and manage training budgets effectively to facilitate training execution
-Provide timely support and coaching to frontline staff at all levels;
-End-consumer service follow up & support according to Global return policy of the company.

Essential Requirement
-Degree holder in business, training & development or related discipline;
-Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in training, gained in luxury fashion retail industry (Man’s Wear ) is highly preferred;
-Retail store operation management experience will be highly preferred for better understanding of the needs from operation.
-Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills;
-Energetic, self-motivated and positive. Strong commitment to customer service;
-Mature, organized and attentive to details;
-Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
-Hands-on PC knowledge in MS office, particularly word processing, stong Excel data analysis & charter ability, and concrete PowerPoint skills;
-Willing to travel frequently.
-Strong team working spirit, and willingness to go extra miles.
-Strong detail orientated mind, capability to learn & adapt for new changes & self improvements.

-Monthly Training hour report ( quantity & participants)
-Training coverage report ( by region & different level of employee)
-Staff training feedback summary & products knowledge evaluation ( quality)
-Monthly Mystery Shopper results ( store service quality)
-Monthly on-line training report ( certificate by staff)
-In store products specialist structure & development plan
-Yearly Sales results of Suits (total suits sold by staff)
-Training Budget & travelling cost follow up
