SHOP MANAGER (women )
Job description: As Shop manager you are responsible for the daily work in the appointed fashion boutique. You will be responsible for the sales, stock/ inventory, customer service care and special events for the boutique and manage the local and foreign assistants. You report daily to the Fashion Manager/ head office.
The Successful Applicant:
- You have an university/ bachelor degree, prefer in English language, hospitality, fashion or business. Studied abroad is a pre.
- You have minimal 2 years sales experience as shop manager in a luxury retail company in shanghai. Experience as sales associate in an international fashion chain is a plus.
- You are sales driven with a natural level of personal service to our customers.
- You must have strong communication skills, flexible, and punctual and fashion minded.
- You are an interpersonal people manager and a loyal team player.
- You are a Chinese native; fluently in English (conversational and writing level) language and more international languages is a plus.
