职位描述
Reporting to: Senior Procurement Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic category management for indirect spend (MRO & other services), sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management.
2. Optimize the total cost of ownership for the assigned categories with in-depth market intelligence & innovation.
3. Effective and efficient communication skills to influence stakeholders. Self-motivated and very high level of team working.
4. Flexible and down to the earth.
5. Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis.
6. Set up and renew cost model for cost analysis (understand supply and demand market, category supply market, cost structure, etc).
Planning and Execution:
1. Developing strategic and operational plans for the category, managing execution, and measuring results.
2. Develops strategies, schedules and work assignments to ensure projects meet time and budget goals.
3. Develops, maintains and analyzes supplier performance measurements.
4. Develops recommendations for reducing costs and improving quality.
5. Manages sourcing processes, standards and practices to ensure programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.
Business Requirements:
1. Collaborates with cross-functional team to deliver procurement projects.
2. Communicates and trains partners in procurement guidelines and classifications.
3. Implements and analyzes business opportunities when procurement synergies with the market business unit supplier base are found.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Purchasing in a consumer goods, distribution or service environment with focus in MRO categories.
2. 3~5 years related working experience in Buying of multi-national company.
3. Cross-functional team participation.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Chinese and English).
5. Strong negotiation skills.
6. Ability to balance multiple priorities.
7. Ability to work independently, optimize and implement processes.
8. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
10. Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc.
11. Able to travel.
Self-motivated, proactive, ownership mindset.
