职位描述
Position Objective
Assist in handling daily legal matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Draft and review commercial contracts and relevant legal documents
2. Bilingual translation of contract, Insurance Policy or other legal documents in Chinese and English
3. Handle legal matters, anticipate and drive solutions for transactions in company.
4. Support Counsels to handle the departmental administrative tasks.
5. Active support the contractual and legal aspects of the Business.
6. Good team work with functions to involve special projects.
7. Additional tasks & responsibilities are also defined from the instructions of Head of Legal.
Job Requirements
?University graduate or above
?At least 3-5 years of work experience in an International Life Assurance or General Insurance Company, and engage in Legal, Compliance, or Risk Control function.
?Familiar with PC skill
?Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.
?Good command in English, fluent and excellent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and experience in translation.
?Strong analytical, interpersonal skills
?Pass the national judicial exam.
?Accountability for results
?Good team player and ability to work with team as well as peers.
?Result oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic
?Good commercial sense and have a practical approach to the practice of law.
?Diligence, earnest and integrity, veracity and good character
