Report to: Engineering Manager/R&D Manager

Responsibility:
- Provide help for further efficiency improvements, better understanding, quicker turn around of orders and provide also ongoing detailed technical skill to the operators in the production line.
-Optimize switches products sorting/grading/forming process
- Help to reduce item variations & stock
- Support production planning and/or line leader
- Create BOM and Jobcard related with Switches
- Be cross-responsible for the other lines' production.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualification:
- Bachlor degree, with major in engineering education background
- Similar process or production engineer experience for min. 3 years or above.
- At least good written English
- Good communication skills.
- Good PC skills
- Hard worker and can work under pressure.
