Carrier R&D center Transicold dept has an opening position for R&D engineer.
Carrier Transicold is a global force in transport refrigeration and a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. Carrier Transicold offers the industry's most complete range of products for container refrigeration, truck, trailer and rail refrigeration.
Responsibilities:
?Effectively design the product for Carrier Transicold globally to the achievement of business and marketing targets.
?Solid experiences in calculation, design and selection of refrigeration systems and related components.
?Solid experience in refrigeration test methods.
?Ability to handle and optimize prototypes and samples.
?Interfaces with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly.
?Research and analyze design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
?Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
?Research technical information from internet, market or institution.
?Review designs with cross functional team and suppliers, support DFMEA/PFMEA analysis.
?Obtain and verify production-representative parts fully comply with all product requirements. Follow-up on results from short and long-term testing.
?Ensure all design documentation throughout process is clear, thorough, and stored in the appropriate data repository.
3. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
?Have bachelor or master degree in HVAC/REF Engineering or related field;
?Have at least 2 years working experience in HVAC or Refrigeration industry.
?Good oral/written English with skillful communication.
?Have good personalities: team work, preciseness and initiative.
