职位要求

1. 建筑类相关专业本科及以上学历，国家注册一级建筑师；

2. 对建筑艺术有执著的追求，思维敏锐、活跃，对工作有持续的热情，有创造改变事物的欲望，能清晰独立的安排自己的工作；

3. 良好的团队协作能力精通AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop等

4. 至少2年以上建筑设计工作经验，主持或参与过大型工程项目设计；

5. 熟悉国内外建筑行业的最新技术，通晓城市规划、建筑设计、构造学、给排水、暖道、电气、企业管理、相关法律等知识，有一定的现场施工管理经验，熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、3Dmax等软件，熟悉相关专业及岗位所需计算机操作系统；

6. 持相关资格证书或职称证书者优先。
