Responsibilities:
1.Manage efforts of remote and central technicians in support of our user community
2.Oversees support of select CSM locations from a desktop services perspective
3.Responsible to maintain high performance standards of desktop equipment including laptops, desktops, and printers
4.Responsible for support and maintenance of desktop equipment
5.Maintains proper inventory levels of desktop equipment
6.Manages ordering of hardware by local teams
7.Plan and manage local budgets
8.Responsible for implementation of CSM IT security polices & risk assessment
9.Manages Desktop Technology Refresh for organization
10.Adheres to global standardized policies and procedures guiding team’s efforts
11.Coordinate ‘smart hands’ requirements in support of Infrastructure Projects and efforts
12.Optimize user support to be seamless in any CSM location
13.Fully understand and support the needs of the business in coordination with all Infrastructure Team efforts
14.Promotes a team environment

Requirements/Experience:
1.Ability to manage associates in multiple time zones globally
2.Extraordinary trouble shooting skills
3.Strong customer service orientation
4.Must be a ‘People Person’ committed to customer support
5.Have at least 5years of IT experience with at least 2 years in the User Support function
6.Have excellentoral and written communication skills including the use of customary business applications
7.Be hands-on when necessary
8.Be willing to travel occasionally
9.Articulate a commitment to continuous education and quality improvement
10.Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
11.Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail.
12.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
