1. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2. Reporting to FP& A Director assisting the daily Credit Management .clearing,Prepare AR aging analysis report ; organize weekly review meeting.
3. Follow up closely for the policy reserve items.
4. Work closely with Project department/collection agency on the action plan for collection.
5. A/C reconciliation with customer timely. Arrange dunning letter and manage AR collectionWork closely with financemanager on VAT/Business tax reconciliation between system and local invoice.
6. Monthly prepare cash collection forecastWeekly prepare PR forecast in the quarter end month.
7. Proactively involve in process improvement by work closely with sales support group and legal department.
8. Coordinate with state/local tax bureau to handle tax/local invoice related matters, to ensure the compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

1. University degree, major in finance/Accounting, or Economic related.
2. 3 years or above working experience in Multi-national companies.
3. Credit and AR related working experience for 2 years.
4. Good English skill in writing, listening and speaking.
5. Highly motivated, quick learner with proactive attitude.
