岗位描述：

1.      为客户提供服务/网络架构设计；

2.      为客户提供专职的业务售后管理，专注于客户服务的全过程；

3.      协调公司内部资源以满足客户期望并提高客户满意度；

4.      7*24 Stand By（全天候）工作性质。

职位要求：

1.         大学本科毕业，计算机或通信类专业；至少5年以上的Cisco网络工作经验，同时具备客户管理、项目管理和维护经验，以及与客户直接沟通的能力；

2.         至少具有Cisco CCNP或相同等级资质以上的资格认证（CCIE资格认证优先）；

3.         具备WAN、LAN和VPN方面的技术经验；

4.         熟悉精通网络诊断工具的使用，包括数据包分析及侦测；

5.         熟悉复杂技术问题的处理能力；

6.         熟悉移动业务应用、云服务技术优先；

7.         具有良好的职业道德和商务的敏感性、建立和维护不同层面业务关系的能力；具备全局观念、分析能力、创新的思维和承担多任务能力。
