LASD stands for Liquid Applied Sound Deadener, it is a sprayable coating for automative OEMs for reducing sound and vibration of the car body. Chemical basis is waterborne system in most cases, but not limited.


Job description:


- Develop new product according to customer need;


- Gain product approval from customer;


- Product optimization;


- Introduce/develop new test method to characterize the property of raw material and finish
product;


- Technical support to customer;



Requirement:


- Logical thinking;


- Willingness to learn and share;


- Bachelor degree or above with chemistry background;


- Majored in polymers or material science are preferred;


- Independent working capability


- Good English
