The CRM Supervisor is in charge of the development and implementation of the Customer Loyalty Program. S/He guarantees that the process of the CRM program runs successfully and monitors customer satisfaction. The CRM Supervisor needs to support the Marketing Manager to plan and hold local customer/prospect care campaigns. S/He is also responsible for the implementation of the Porsche CRM system (C@P) and is the local support for the system to all PC Staff. The CRM Supervisor also assists Marketing Manager to define targets for Sales and After Sales staff regarding the customer satisfaction projects.

Key Duties
- Manage the CRM team and assist Marketing Manager with workforce planning and performance evaluation of the CRM team
- Coordinate in dealing with customer complaints
- Coordinate with Porsche China CRM team to handle the Sales Rounds, Data Quality projects and customer care program.
- Maintain and check data quality in C@P system
- Invite customer to marketing campaigns
- Collect, analyse and follow customer satisfaction data

Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Over 5 years' working experience in marketing, marketing campaign or related positions; experience in management preferred
- Software and systems: proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Lotus Notes and internet
- Passion for work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in work; Understand and advocate the value, image and features of Porsche brand; with service focus, customer-oriented
