Apparel/Accessories Development Manager (Sports Products)
服装/配饰开发经理（运动产品）


Job Description:

- Responsible for brand image, style, each season product development and implementation of the organization
负责公司各品牌的定位、形象、风格的制定，各季产品的开发并组织实施,
- Develop new products according to market requirements
了解市场流行趋势，根据公司品牌的风格与定位，及消费者的需要进行设计.
- Collection, collation, archiving new ideas, new technology, new technology, new materials and other information related to the design
负责与设计开发有关的新理念、新技术、新工艺、新材料等情报资料的收集、整理、归档
- To negotiate with vendors for price with quality
与供应商洽谈价格和产品质量
- Understand for whole procedure from looking for products, get orders to follow details with product quality, package, inspection, delivery. etc.
负责整个流程，从产品开发、取得定单、产品质量，包装及验货等细节
- Follow for the sample approval lead time carefully.
根据确定的样品来安排时间
- Assist the leader to solve problems during the above procedure
协助领导解决工作中遇到的问题
- Other related things request from the leader
其余公司领导布置的相关工作

Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years working experience in garment industry
至少8年在服装行业从事相关工作
- Must have strong designing &sourcing ability
丰富的设计以及相关采购经验
-- Prefer to the experience in OEM products
有产品开发经验优先
-- Prefer to the sourcing experience for importers
有为进口商采购经验者优先
- Prefer to the experience in Sports products
在运动产品产品方面有经验者优先。
- Must have strong ability to read and write in English
熟练的英语读写能力
- Need to have good negotiation ability
有较好的谈判能力
- Self-motivated team player & willing to work under pressure
能在压力下工作，自我激励，团队合作
- Aggressive / responsible and willing to travel
主动积极，有责任心，愿意出差
