Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities:

-Make more efforts to develop the market in the area, including Sichuan,Chongqing,Yunnan and Guizhou etc.
-Responsible for all budgets deliverable in the said area;
-Responsible for all personnel issues affecting the said area;
-Responsible for delivery of strategic market targets in the said area;
-Information sharing with others and lead the team to fulfill projects.

Requirements for Job:

-Bachelor Degree or above
-At least 5 years working experience in the coatings or related sector
-A good team leader
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Self motivated to work hard
-Can work under high pressure
-MS Office
-Good command in read and written English, may communicate in English
