The world of marketing and insight is changing. In this future critical marketing decisions will rely more and more on data analytics. IlluminCloud, The Illuminera Group’s digital innovation hub, has been at the forefront in experimenting a unique approach to analytical marketing. Based on market leading online consumer insight communities, IlluminCloud has the advantage and potential in changing how insight will be produced and consumed, and how marketing decisions will be made differently.

Now we are searching for a Digital Innovation Champion who can lead and manage our efforts in this innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Identify strategic visions and formulate strategy plan
- Lead the execution efforts including external client engagement and internal coordination
- Represent IlluminCloud as our voice of innovation

The Digital Innovation Champion will get to enjoy the thrill of almost starting a new business without the stress typical of startups and the potential reward of forever changing a field. The Champion will work closely with the Managing Director of IlluminCloud and the CEO of The Illuminera Group. He or she can count on the support of a capable team of analysts and IT specialists.

The ideal candidate should possess the following profile:
- Possess strong entrepreneurial spirit and the urge to innovate
- Deep understanding of data analytics and how it impact business
- Superb interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in marketing, innovation, consulting, market research, or other relevant fields
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Fluency in English and Chinese
