Job description

The General Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

· Talent Acquisition: Responsible for sourcing and recruitment activities for China. Manage the TA process for all positions with the global TA Center of Excellence and the local site HR leaders, including the job requisition process, the sourcing and interview process, and the offer and onboarding processes.

· Delivers New Hire Orientation on a regular basis and ensures employees start with a good impression, have what they need to perform their roles, and meets with new hires after 90 days to gather feedback about the process.

· Implement HRIS in China, ensures that HRIS data and paper documentation such as employee files are accurate for site employees and is the super user at the site for the HRIS system.

· Support HR leader on Talent Management initiatives and Performance Management process, ensure these process are well implemented across all sites; provide training materials and facilitate trainings and workshops while required.

Requirements and experience:

· A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR generalist with some experience as a lead site HR professional is desired. Occasional travel may be required (0-10%)

· Excellent oral and written communications skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business are required.

· Polished presentation and speaking skills. Customer focused at all times with ability to balance empathy for people with business needs.

· Process improvement focus and proven project management capabilities.

· Advanced computer skills (MS Office including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and an HRIS)

· Fluency with Chinese labor and employment laws and regulations

· Understanding of benefits laws and regulations
