职位描述：
1、与客户保持良好沟通，确保客户的满意度以及忠诚度；
2、协助销售拓展公司业务；
3、收集并管理客户信息、采购信息、生产信息、出货信息、应收&应付账款等信息；
4、推动各项目进度、采购进度、生产进度，以配合销售合同能够顺利执行；
5、及时跟踪并处理客户投诉，并推动各部门制定相关整改措施；
6、协调内外部资源，确保客户需求的妥善解决；
7、负责成品出货，并做好相关的记录；
职位要求：
1、国际销售、市场营销类等专业专科以上学历；
2、二年以上通信行业销售管理&客户管理工作经验，具有手机行业经验者优先考虑；
3、具有技能开发、市场营销、手机品牌推广经验；
4、具备良好的人际沟通、协调，组织能力及高度的团队精神；
5、具备优秀的外联与公关能力，问题分析能力和解决问题能力；
6、工作严谨负责，踏实敬业，能承受较大工作压力，英语六级。
