工作概要
负责公司公共关系方面的工作，协助总经理、副总经理对外接待和协调方面的工作。

职责范围
1. 为总经理和副总经理做好邮件、文件以及各种会议书面或口头翻译，整理会议纪要等。
2、公司内部各部门与总经理及副总经理关于公共关系方面等方面信息的传达；与相关政府职能部门、中外股东方、环保局、华东理工大学、同济大学、苏伊士和中法水务以及各合资公司等外单位联络和协调有关事宜。
3、完成公共事务方面工作。
4、负责公司的对外接待工作。

任职要求
1、学历：英语或文秘等相关专业本科学历。
2、语言：有较强的中文和英文书面、口语表达能力； TEM-8、高级口译。
3、经验：相关文秘工作经历；会计算机通用软件操作。


Outline
Be responsible for works on Public Relation, and assist GM and DGM in hosting visitors and in coordination works.

Spectrum of Duties
1. To translate mails and documents for GM and DGM，to provide assistance in written or oral translation or interpretation, then to systemize it into the minutes of meeting.
2. The information relay between all departments and GM 、DGM；To contact and coordinate with the outside units like the functional departments concerned with government、both the shareholders、the Environment Protection Agency、East China University of Science、Tongji University、SUEZ and Sino French as well as JVC.
3、Be responsible for all public affairs works.
4、Be responsible for all outer reception works.

Job Requirements
1、Education：with a bachelor degree in English or Secretary etc.
2、Language：has a good command of written and oral ability of expression in English. TEM-8、Advanced Level English-Chinese (Chinese-English) Interpretation Accreditation Certificate obtained.
3、Experience：related secretarial works；and be familiar with the common software.
