职位描述
1. In charge of the day-to-day management of a research project (both technical and financial aspect). 负责研究项目的日常管理（主要集中在技术和财务方面）。
2. Ensure that the research projects are carried out on time and on budget according to the specification. 确保研究项目按规定在资金预算内按时完成。
3. Plan and organize the work of his/her team (student/laboratory technician) in accordance with the JV policy (H&S, ISO…). 根据公司的有关规定（如：安全管理规定，ISO程序等）计划和组织其团队的工作（成员包括学生或实验室技术员）。
4. Provide the research centre manager monthly reports on the progress of his/her research projects, including the corresponding budget. 向公司领导提交月报告，汇报其负责的研究项目的进展，包括相应的预算；
5. Coordinate other research projects that are managed by others partners of SWRC; Provide monthly reports to the research centre manager on the development of these projects. 协助研究中心其它合作方管理的研究项目；向研究中心主任提供有关项目进展的月报告。
6. Identify competitive advantage to develop, identify new challenge and technological breakthrough. Ensure technological survey with his/her field of expertise. 认识到项目开发的竞争优势，新的挑战和技术突破点。做好其专业领域内的技术调研；
7. Maintains, develop and capitalise expertise within his/her field through writing of technical memo, guidelines and/or recommended practices. 通过撰写技术备忘录，技术指导和实施建议书，使其专业技能得到充分的突现，发挥和提高。
8. Carry out laboratory tests (biodegradability/toxicity tests as well as others chemicals tests/analysis) on customers effluents for the business development. Report in writing on the results of these specific lab tests. 协助业务发展部对客户的出水进行实验室测试（包括生物降解性测试，毒性测试以及其它化学测试和分析）。并针对每个测试的结果提供书面报告。
9. Ensuring the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipments under the research centre in collaboration with the analysis staff. 协助分析员确保做好研究中心实验设备的维护和标定。
10. Make a “civilized staff”, maintain the company profile. 争当文明员工，维护好公司的形象。
11. Strictly work in line with the H&S regulation of the company and finalize other tasks assigned from upper levels.严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，安全制度，完成上级交办的其他任务。
承担“一体化管理体系”中规定的相应职责；/to assume related responsibilities in the IMS;
12. Knowing the applicable laws and regulations for SWRc;了解本部门所适用的法律法规；
13. To carry out JV’s security institution conscientiously, if there’s serious abnormalities, he/she must report to the superior timely; 认真执行公司的安全制度，发现重大异常情况应及时向上级汇报；
14. Ensuring the sanitation in the working area and normal operation of equipment; 确保本岗位工作地周围的清洁卫生和设备的正常运作；
15. Carrying out relevant ISO program, filling in complete job record. 自觉执行ISO相关程序，填写相应的完整工作记录。
