Your future:

1. Be responsible for daily reception, such as proper phone call responding, visitor entertaining and mail sending/receiving.

负责前台日常接待，如礼貌恰当的电话应答，来访人员招待及日常信件收发。

2. Handling daily ordering and management on office supplies and ticket booking.

日常工作餐，办公用品，劳保用品，饮用水、票务等的订购与日常管理。

3. Organize car transfers for visitors and colleagues.

负责公司外叫用车，为访客和同事及时安排车辆。

4. Prepare monthly cost report on low-value goods, labor protection appliances, vehicles, lunch boxes, express and etc.

每月出具相关行政费用支出分析报表，如低值易耗品，劳保用品，车辆，员工餐，快递等费用。

5. Be in charge for the factory store management on cash, display and inventory and prepare requested report.

负责工厂门店的销售管理，如收银、陈列及存货管理，制作相关报表。

6. HR assistant work like dealing with clock records, enrolling/termination process, organizing health check and maintaining relevant paperwork.

负责部分人力资源的行政性事务，如员工考勤休假统计，入职&离职的行政部门手续,安排健康体检，整理及留存相关员工档案如健康证信息等。

7. Arrange invitation and visa for foreign colleagues.

负责外籍同事的邀请函及签证事务。

8. Other tasks assigned by HR& Admin Head

部门经理安排的其他工作。

“Your strength:”

1.Female,College degree or above

2.Common English language ability in reading, writing, and good at Reception English;

3. Strong communication and coordination skill;

4. Work-city: Taicang (太仓）
