职位描述：

1.负责协助销售与客户进行沟通协调，完成公司订单商务操作；并且整理、归档客户信息，报价等相关资料，管理销售合同；

2.根据销售预测和安全库存定制公司内部订货单,以保及时供货；

3.负责跟踪订单的执行情况，以及产品运输的协调和客户投诉的处理；

4.协助库存管理和仓库盘点；

5.负责在ERP 系统中的客户管理；

6.协助财务部完成订单收款。

岗位要求：

1.大专以上学历，有商贸、客服类工作经验者优先；

2.学习能力强，有责任心和团队合作精神以客户为中心， 并为客户提供专业服务；

3.普通话标准，良好的沟通、表达能力，能简单的英语会话；

4.熟练使用Office等办公软件。

Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with sales and customers for order processing to ensure on time delivery with correct and completed documents
2.Place intercompany purchase order and prepare safety stock based on sales history / forecast to make goods available in time
3.Cooperate closely with warehouse to ensure overall shipment and documentation flow manageable. Timely communicate with customer, sales and logistic company to handle customer complain and special request on goods delivery
4.Support on time reconciliation (sales / inventory) and documentation for month end closing for CFA purposes
5.Maintain customer database in ERP system
6.Work closely with Finance Department to support on Accounts Receivable


Requirements:
1.College degree or above; major in Business Administration related subjects or have Customer Service experience
2.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills
4.Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Power-point
5.Frequent English both in oral and written
