Public Relation Manager
We are a small, young European fashion company and we are growing fast. We are looking for an enthusiastic, active and hands on Public Relation Manager (full time)
Job Description:
· Responsible for starting up and managing the public relations department.
· Directs publicity programs and campaigns.
· Develop PR strategies, campaigns.
· Prepare and publish newsletters and other company literature.
· Release promotion literature about our brand.
· Respond to information queries from media and the general public.
· Write press releases and media kits.
· Develop and maintain corporate image and logos.
· Manage company sponsorships.
· Develop, maintain our internet webpage and shop.
· Manage PR and events budgets.
· Preparing special promotion events custom made per location/ shop.
· Communicate with all the management team about the developments and or projects.
· Daily report to the international European MT.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or University degree in Communications, PR or English major. Oversea degree has a pre
* We highly prefer local Chinese or oversea Chinese applicants for this position.
* Minimal 2 years of work experience as PR or marketing/ sales manager for an international company in China with a proven track record.
* Must speak fluently Mandarin and also fluently in English word and prefer extra international languages.
* Must be extreme flexible and able to travel to prepare special PR events on locations inside China.
* You must be an active fashion minded team player, highly motivated and have extreme good connections with the major players in the Shanghai media, press and knowledge of all most important popular and new to open events and places.
* Besides that you must be a social minded people manager who likes to work for and with the fashion team and also be able to do the "dirty work" which means not only managing but also do the hard work yourself!
