Job Summary:
Provide technical assistance for installation, commissioning and maintenance of the equipments delivered by NPE.
Responsibilities:
Technical :
- Technical assistance for installation, commissioning and maintenance of the equipments delivered by NPE.
- Communicate field failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments
- Users training on the safe and proper operation of NPE products
- Remote technical assistance by phone and email.
Safety:
- The service engineer must be pro-active in order to insure his own and others safety.
- Comply with all NPE and customers HSE procedures and policies.
- All safety issues must be reported to his manager
Quality
- The service engineer must follow NPE quality procedure.
- He must participate to the improvement of the quality of the products and services
- He must report quality issues to his manager.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- A bachelor degree in mechanical or marine engineering, speaking English with oil field experience.
- The required expertise is mechanical designing
